SERVPRO was called to a commercial property to assist with a fire damage, the flames had burned through the structure and during the exstiguish process, a large hole was made in the roof.

The property had multiple tenents and required a staggered mitigation process. Our initial step was to secure the buildings ceiling from intrusion...both from water and individuals.

After the roof was secured, the affected material were collected for disposal. Once the source of the odor was removed we were able to setup equipment to remove the odor issues.

Besides the use of Ozone equipment, we also have several chemical products that are designed to clean-up fire damage.
