Mold in the Kitchen

In this photo we see a shot of a home where the water was allowed to dwell for an extended period of time.

When this occurs, microbial activity can increase dramatically.

The island in the center of the kitchen has a large colony of mold growth.

When the mold has grown to this excess we are required to remove all the affected material.

Basically gut the all the dry-wall and grind the studa down to a clean surface.

The exposed material is then usally coated in a barrier paint, this encapsulates any microbial growth.
